If you are seeking graduate training in I-O psychology (especially in Ph.D. programs), research experience is important. Consider getting involved in research with faculty members early (i.e., sophomore year) and completing your senior thesis (PSY319 and PSY419) for capstone. The research topic does not need to be directly related to I-O psychology. It is more important that you can show that you have strong research skills.
